Eligibility
Based on the county you received your citation in and the type of violation received, the option of taking a Driver Improvement Program (DIP) may be available either through the Fine Collection Center (FCC), or at the discretion of the court that gave you the citation.
You are eligible to take a Driver Improvement Program to avoid point assessment once every 36 months. DIP is not available for violations that occurred in a commercial vehicle or for any drivers with a Missouri or any other states commercial driver’s license (CDL).
