How Do I Begin?
When you receive a citation, within 30 days, tell the clerk of court where you got the ticket that you will be taking a driver improvement course. You will be required to pay the lower ticket amount (you get an 18% fine reduction) and an administrative fee. If you do not request traffic school and simply pay the entire ticket, you forfeit the opportunity to take traffic school for that particular ticket.
